ZEVO LIVE Complete Reward, Agency, BD & Withdrawal Policy 1. New User Reward • Every eligible New User will receive a New User Reward. • New Users can earn rewards through Sending activity • Users who do not have Sending activity may also receive Free Rewards according to the applicable Zevo Live reward rules. • Reward eligibility, amount, and frequency may depend on the user's activity and current promotional programs. • Fake, duplicate, automated, or manipulated accounts will not qualify. 2. Sending Reward • Users can receive Sending Rewards when they complete eligible Sending activity • Sending Rewards are calculated according to the applicable Zevo Live reward structure • Only genuine and valid Sending activity will be counted. • Artificial, fraudulent, automated, or manipulated Sending activity will not qualify for rewards. 3. Host Receiving Reward • Eligible Hosts will receive 70% Host Receiving. • Host Receiving rewards will be calculated according to the applicable Zevo Live reward and earning structure. • Only genuine and verified host earnings will qualify • Fraudulent, manipulated, or unauthorized activity will not qualify for Host Receiving rewards. 4. Free Reward • Zevo Live may provide Free Rewards to eligible users even when they have no Sending activity. • Free Rewards may be provided through daily activities, promotions, Events, campaigns, or other approved reward programs. • The availability and amount of Free Rewards may vary according to the applicable program rules. 5. Events & Special Rewards • Zevo Live will conduct regular Events and special reward campaigns . • Users, Hosts, and Agencies may participate in eligible Events. • Each Event may have its own target, duration, eligibility criteria, and reward structure. • Event rewards will be distributed according to the individual Event rules. 6. Beans Conversion • 10,000 Beans = $1 USD • Eligible Beans earnings will be reflected in the user's applicable wallet. • Only cleared and eligible Beans can be used for withdrawal • Beans obtained through fraudulent, manipulated, or unauthorized activity will not qualify. 7. Balance & Wallet System • Users can view their available balance through the Wallet section. • The wallet will maintain records of eligible rewards, Beans, earnings, and withdrawals • Where applicable, the system may provide a Balance Reset function according to Zevo Live's system rules • Any balance adjustment or reset must be recorded in the wallet transaction history • Completed or approved transactions will not automatically be cancelled by a balance reset. 8. Self Withdrawal – USDT • Zevo Live provides a Self Withdrawal system. • Minimum withdrawal amount: $10 USD. • Eligible users can submit withdrawal requests directly from their wallet. • Withdrawals can be processed in USDT through supported Binance/crypto receiving methods or an authorized Reseller. • Users must select the correct supported network before submitting a USDT withdrawal • Users are responsible for entering the correct receiving wallet address. USDT Withdrawal Control • Users can view their eligible withdrawal balance through the Self Withdrawal section. • The available withdrawal amount will be displayed before confirmation. • After submission, the withdrawal request will move to processing. • Users must verify the wallet address and network before confirming the transaction. 9. Binance Receiver • For Binance/USD payments, users must provide the correct receiving details. • The selected network must match the receiving wallet's supported network. • Zevo Live is not responsible for losses caused by an incorrect wallet address, incorrect network, or incorrect receiver information provided by the user. 10. Withdrawal Processing Time • After a valid withdrawal request is submitted and approved, payment will be completed within 24 hours • Users can track their withdrawal status through the Self Withdrawal section. • Verification or transaction checks may be required before payment. 11. Withdrawal Rules • Minimum withdrawal amount: $10 USD • Users must provide accurate withdrawal information. • Users must verify their USDT wallet address and network before confirming the withdrawal. • Incorrect Binance, USDT, network, or Reseller details may result in payment failure or loss. • Suspicious transactions may be held for verification. • Only eligible and cleared earnings can be withdrawn. • Applicable transaction/network fees may apply where relevant • Account verification may be required before withdrawal. • Fraudulent or manipulated earnings may be cancelled. 12. BD Salary Policy • 30-Day Target System • BD performance will be evaluated on a 30-day cycle. • Salary will be calculated according to the achieved 30-day revenue target and required active agencies. • Salary will be paid after completion of the 30-day target period, subject to successful verification. • Salary Payment: Bd salaries will be paid after completion of each 30-day target cycle. • Performance Period: 30 Days • Target Verification: After 30 Days • Salary Payment: After Successful Verification • BD Responsibilities: Agency development and management; team management; agency recruitment and activation; revenue development; completion of assigned 30-day targets • BD Responsibilities: Agency recruitment and activation; agency management and support; revenue development; completion of assigned 30-day targets; maintaining genuine and active agencies. • Salary Eligibility: Salary is not guaranteed solely by holding the BD position. Agency Owner Policy • Agency Owners must recruit and manage genuine active Hosts. • Agency activity must be based on genuine users and genuine transactions. • Inactive agencies may become ineligible for incentives or salary calculations. • Agency Owners are responsible for maintaining their required agency activity. • 12% Agency Incentive: A new Agency Owner who successfully activates 10 eligible active Hosts may qualify for a 12% Agency Incentive. • All 10 Hosts must meet the required activity and activation conditions . • Fake, inactive, duplicate, or manipulated Hosts will not be counted .• The 12% incentive is subject to verification and Zevo Live Agency rules. 14. Fair Use & Anti-Abuse Policy • Fake accounts • Multiple accounts created to claim rewards • Fake users or fake Hosts • Artificial Sending • Self-Sending or manipulated transactions • Bots or automated activity • Reward farming • Fraudulent Beans activity • False agency activity • Any attempt to manipulate the Zevo Live reward system • Zevo Live may investigate suspicious activity and may cancel rewards, restrict accounts, suspend agencies, or take other appropriate action where violations are confirmed. 15. General Terms • All rewards, incentives, Events, salaries, balances, and withdrawals are subject to verification. • Zevo Live may update reward structures, Events, targets, withdrawal methods, and promotional programs when required • Users, Hosts, Agencies, Super Admins, and Admins must follow the applicable Zevo Live policies. • Users are responsible for keeping their accounts, wallets, and withdrawal information secure. • Zevo Live reserves the right to investigate suspicious activity before releasing rewards, salaries, or withdrawals. • By using Zevo Live, users agree to comply with the applicable platform rules and policies.
